Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with all tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible

How to start a return

Email contact@wearyxe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 2 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra business days to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help where stock allows.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
